Individual Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope with the bidder's name, address and the title "Bid for Furnish of Asphalt Materials as necessary for one Year, "Bid for Furnishing of Aggregate and Other Granular Materials for one Year", "Bid for Furnishing of Concrete as necessary for one year" Envelopes shall be addressed to the Director of Finance. No bids will be accepted in the mail. Bids must be submitted on the original documents provided by the city. Bidding requirements are identified in the Bid Documents.
