Renovation of a library in Avon Lake, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,955-square-foot library.
All questions/comments prior to the bid due date are to be directed to Jason Nolde. No questions received after 5:00 pm on Thursday, April 18, 2024 will be answered. Single prime bid package. Contract (draft) was included with front end documents. Project will be tax exempt. Work includes but not limited to interior framing, drywall, finishing, paint, flooring, casework, ceiling panels, lighting, electrical, ductwork modifications, and fire protection. Exterior glazing will be replaced, curtainwall framing to remain. Building will be occupied throughout the construction process. Proper signage and provisions are to be made to keep staff and public safe from construction activities including but not limited to temporary signage and barriers. Questions may be directed to Jason Nolde, AIA at jnolde@gpdgroup.com All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility
