Individual Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope with the bidder's name, address and the title "Bid for Furnish of Asphalt Materials as necessary for one Year, "Bid for Furnishing of Aggregate and Other Granular Materials for one Year", "Bid for Furnishing of Concrete as necessary for one year" Envelopes shall be addressed to the Director of Finance. No bids will be accepted in the mail. Bids must be submitted on the original documents provided by the city. Bidding requirements are identified in the Bid Documents. The City of Avon Lake is an Equal Opportunity Employer and contactor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of the Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972, and Governor's Executive order 84-9 shall be required. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the lowest and best responsive bid.
