The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision for the inspection and repair of various existing sound walls at multiple locations along the Dulles Toll Road (DTR) Eastbound and Westbound. Work also includes, but is not limited to, performance of erosion repairs and maintenance of traffic. o Where the overlap between the post flange and panel is less than 1.5", the existing keeper angle at steel post will be replaced with an elongated angle and a new keeper plate will be installed at the front face. The gaps between the panel and the keeper angle will be shimmed. New keeper angles will be installed at concrete post with expansion anchors. o Repair of crushed concrete of the concrete panels and deformed support plates will be replaced by the base plates and expansion anchors. o Repair cracks greater than or equal to 1/16" and seal hairline cracks. o Repair erosion at Post 195 of Wall SW-109. o Removal of one tree at Panel 32 of Wall SW-111.
