Renovation of a mixed-use development in Metomen, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
For: Thomas Jefferson, G.D. Jones, and Maine Elementary Schools, Building Renovations, Lump sum bids for the defined work scopes are solicited from responsible contractors specializing in, or highly experienced in this work. Bid Bonds are not required. Upon acceptance of bid, the awarded contractor will file the required performance and payment bonds within the allotted time period after notice of award of contract per construction documents. Performance and Payment bond costs will be included in the lump sum bid total. The Board of Education and Nexus Solutions reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts of bids and waive any formalities or irregularities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after bid opening. WORK INCLUDED A. Hardware for aluminum, hollow metal and wood doors. B. Provide finish hardware including accessories required to fully equip the doors noted in the Door and Hardware Schedule. C. Provide screws, nuts, bolts, expansion shields and other devices necessary for complete and proper application
