Clemson University seeks an experienced supplier to provide General Facility Maintenance Services. Scope of Solicitation Clemson University seeks bids for General Facility Maintenance, Repair, and Support Services, referred to hereafter as the Work, at the Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research (CU-ICAR) campus in Greenville, S. C. The initial term of this agreement shall be one (1) year from the effective date as stated on the award document. At the end of the initial term, and at the end of each renewal term, this contract will automatically renew for a period of one year, unless Contractor receives notice that Clemson University elects not to renew the contract at least ninety (90) days prior to the date of renewal. Renewals may be less than, but will not exceed four (4) additional one (1) year period. The maximum expiration date for this contract will be no later than five (5) years from the initial start date as shown on the original statement of award. Clemson University's remote locations throughout the State of South Carolina are not obligated to use services under this contract, although they may choose to do so if agreed upon by Offeror and the remote locations. If there are terms you cannot agree to or wish to have changed. In that case, you must request that by submitting a question or request for modification to the scope to the Procurement Officer during the Deadlines for Question process, and Clemson will consider changes.
