Renovation of a stadium in Burks Falls, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The Village of Burk's Falls (hereinafter referred to as the Village) is seeking quotations from qualified firms/individuals to provide services concerning the following capital item. A. The purpose of this Request for Quotation for supply and install one 10-ton mechanical dehumidifier for the Armour Ryerson Burk's Falls Arena. B. For comparison it is requested that the RFQ include additional pricing for a 7 1/2 ton mechanical dehumidifier as well as an electric and gas desiccant dehumidifier C. Removal and disposal of the existing gas desiccant dehumidifier For questions or technical questions contact the arena manager Graham Smith via email at arena@burksfalls.ca . To ensure fairness to proponents, all questions that require detailed clarification or that may materially alter this RFQ document shall be submitted in writing by April 26th, 2024, with replies by April 30th, 2024 (email form is acceptable). Depending on availability the ARBFMA staff may extend the work completion date after August 31st, 2024, until Friday October 18th, 2024.
