Site work and paving for a road / highway in Honey Brook, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The base bid consists of a 1.5 mill and overlay of Firehouse Lane. Alternate #1 consists of 3 mill and overlay of Firehouse Lane. Alternate #2 consists of 1.5 mill and overlay of Firehouse Lane, plus full depth paving to widen Firehouse Lane on one side. Questions Due Date: May 9th 2024, 2:00 PM EDT The bid must be accompanied by a Cashiers Check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to Honey Brook Borough. Also required are a properly executed Bid Form, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Certification Statement, and Contractors Qualification Statement. The successful bidder shall also be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount within ten (10) calendar days of written notice of acceptance of the Bid. Honey Brook Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any portion of any bid
