Reference Number 0000350746 Delivery Point: El Paso , CO Purchase Type: One Time Only- Delivery Date: 02/01/2025 The Loop Water Authority is seeking proposals for land aquisition services to support future construction of water pipelines, pump stations and appurtenacnes along an approximately 30 mile, discontinous coridor in El Paso , CO. Please consult the attached request for proposals for additional information. Pipeline easement negotiation will be an iterative process. The primary services shall consist of property easement investigation, identification of existing infrastructure, final refinement of alignments, establishing negotiating boundary costs for easement and property acquisitions, as well as completing permanent and temporary easement acquisition for identified segments of the pipeline route. The Authority anticipates bi-weekly progress update meetings and monthly coordination meetings with the Authority representatives throughout the project to coordinate details with the Authority's expectations. The Authority also expects workshop meetings at critical project junctures. Work will be awarded through a series of task orders, assigned by geography and asset segment, subject to the terms outlined in the Authority's Agreement. The Authority anticipates Project Deliverables for each task order. A summary of services is presented below: Develop the Project plan, including Project schedule.
