Renovation of a water / sewer project in West University Place, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Update:The project includes a new pump and electrical building to serve the Milton Water Plant. The pump building will include four booster pumps with the ability to add a fifth booster pump when needed. Improvements will also include suction and distribution piping, SCADA panel, MCC, new emergency generator, and new electrical service. The pump building will be located west of the existing 1.5 MG GST or across Milton Street. Contingency is built into construction. This project is included in the city’s fy 2025-2034 Capital Improvement Program. As of July 21, 2025, further details regarding construction and completion timelines have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
