The City needs water and wastewater treatment chemicals for the City's Water Plant's located at 3825 Milton AND 2800 1/2 West Park and Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 2801 N Braeswood, Houston, TX 77025. The intent of this solicitation is to allow the City of West University Place to enter into a contract or multiple contracts for the procurement of the products specified in response of this RFP at a fixed price for a twenty-four (24) month period. Pre-Bid Meeting - There will be NO Pre-Bid meeting Question Deadline 05/02/2025 at 11:00 AM CT Carefully read all instructions, requirements, and specifications. Fill out all forms properly and completely. Submit your bid with all appropriate supplements and/or samples in an appropriately sized envelope or box. PACKAGE MUST SHOW THE BID NUMBER, DESCRIPTION AND BE MARKED "SEALED BID". The City of West University Place reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive irregularities, and to accept the proposal deemed the most advantageous to the City. Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs) are encouraged to submit a proposal. Each proposal must be received before the stated time on the day the proposals are due. In addition to HUBs, the City encourages minority businesses, women's business enterprises and labor surplus area firms to submit a proposal. The City shall not be responsible for any verbal communication between any employee of the City and any potential firm. Only written requirements and qualifications will be considered.
