Site work for a water / sewer project in West University Place, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project includes a new dual 2.0 MG GST at site of existing 1.5MG GST, chemical improvements, access drive and sitework, and new surface water meter vault. In coordination with the Facilities Master Plan Phase II improvements, it is recommended to construct a dual 2.0MG GST to open up the southeast corner of College and Auden by removing the 0.4 MG GST. This project proposes a dual 2.0 MG GST which will be set up to isolate half of the GST at a time for maintenance and rehab in the future. The new dual tank addresses the need for replacement of both GSTs. The project includes demolition of the existing1.5 MG GST at the start of the project and demolition of the 0.4 MG GST at the completion of the project. The project is included in the City's 2026-2035 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of June 2,2026, further details have not yet been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
