Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West University Place, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of West University Place is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified firms to provide services to remove and replace concrete paving including: sections of roadways, parking lots, driveways, sidewalks and curbs. There will be NO Pre-Bid meeting, only submissions of questions through online . The deadline for submitting questions will be 11:00 AM on Friday, May 23, 2025. Proposals must be submitted enclosed in a sealed envelope and plainly marked on the outside clearly identifying the proposal as "Bid PW25-04". Proposals will be judged based on the BEST VALUE for the City pursuant to the evaluation criteria listed in the bid specifications. Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs) are encouraged to submit a proposal. Each proposal must be received before the stated time on the day the proposals are due. The City shall not be responsible for any verbal communication between any employee The City of West University Place reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive irregularities, and to accept the proposal deemed the most advantageous to the City.
