Perform Operation & Maintenance with Repair and Minor Construction, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts in Support of Defense Health Agency (DHA), California Region The intent of the O&M with Repair and Minor Construction contracts are to provide quick response for performing O&M, repair and minor construction relating, but not limited, to the architectural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, security and safety areas of military healthcare and research laboratory facilities in a cost-effective manner. This is a Sought Sought Notice (SSN) for the purpose of market research only. No award will result from this SSN. There is no solicitation available at this time; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. If a solicitation is released it will be synopsized in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and its supplements. It is the contractor's responsiblity to monitor the Government Point of Entry (GPE) for the release of any solicitation. **Please review and respond based on the information provided in the SSN attachment. Submitted projects should be between $5,000,000.00 to $50,000,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
