The WORK to be performed under this contract shall consist of furnishing all plant, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, manufactured articles and furnishing all labor, transportation and services, including all fuel, power, water and essential communications and performing all WORK, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents.
