Project includes demolition of (7) onsite existing (E) portables and site electrical. Portable welcome ramps to be returned to owner. Improvements include new asphalt paving, new concrete sidewalks, revisions to bus loop parking, striping, storm water management services, landscaping and irrigation for new parking lot planter islands, restoration of disturbed areas onsite and relocated fire hydrant. The project will also include site prep for a new foundation, new domestic water connection and extended electrical service for a new owner furnished owner installed (F.I.O.) greenhouse. Project also includes relocation of existing (E) pole lights.
