Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a museum in Dublin, California. Completed plans call for the addition of a museum; for the demolition of a museum; for the renovation of a museum; and for site work for a museum.
Camp Parks Sign Project The Project is more specifically defined in the Contract Documents, but generally includes: Dismantle existing historic sign and guardhouse; relocate the structure to the receiver site; reconstruct the structures, repair, restore historic features and replace specified features to match existing historical features and other items not specifically mentioned herein, and doing all appurtenant work in place and ready for use, all as shown in the Specifications, Special Provisions, and other Contract Documents. The sign, including the attached guardhouse, was found to be eligible for the national register under "Criterion C" as representative of the early work of Bruce Goff, a recognized 20 th century master architect. The sign has not yet been nominated for the national register. Required trades include but are not limited to qualified specialists in selective demolition, dismantling, and salvage of historic buildings, structural and site concrete, roofing & waterproofing, electrical and lighting systems, and restoration of the following historical features: rough and finish carpentry, wood doors & windows, signs, and lighting. The Contractor, at their option, may survey the stock, identify material to be reused, and incorporate the reuse of salvaged wood in their bid. The material will be available for inspection during the bidding period. A complete list of exchanges is available online at website.
