Renovation of a municipal facility in Dublin, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

**As of August 29, Project has not been awarded. Anticipated award date is on September 17th 2024** Removal of existing panels and installation of Teknion modular walls to create an additional office area to match the offices that line the same hall, installing a drop ceiling, adding data and electrical into the newly created space, extending HVAC into the newly created space, extending the fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems into the newly created space, and any patch and repair work needed in response to the installation work. NOTE TO BIDDERS: The work area is a working office and will remain open and operational throughout the duration of the work. Dust mitigation and daily cleanup are mandatory for this project. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess the following State of California Contractor Licenses: B Contractors License The Bidder's license must remain active and in good standing throughout the term of the Contract. The successful Bidder and all its subcontractors shall pay all workers on all work performed pursuant to this Contract not less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work as determined by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations, State of California, for the type of work performed and the locality in which the work is to be performed within the boundaries of the County, pursuant to 1770 et seq. A bid bond by an admitted surety insurer on the form provided by the County, cash, or a cashier's check or a certified check, drawn to the order of Alameda County Fire Department, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the contract for the Work Question Deadline 07/01/2024 Contract Duration Begins SEPTEMBER 24, 2024 Estimated Contract Duration Ends NOVEMBER 8, 2024
