Description

Site work for a multi-residential development in Syracuse, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a multi-residential development.

This painting project will require: 1. Surface preparation which includes power washing the exterior, caulking of seams and repairs where necessary. 2. Paint will be premium grade. 3. Paint will be applied by roller and/or brush. 4. Two coats of paint will be applied. 5. Bidder will be responsible for cleanup and disposal of trash. No contracts will be awarded until final evaluation of bids has been conducted and approval is granted by the Hamilton County Commission. Hamilton County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and make award(s) as deemed to be in the best interests of Hamilton County.
