The Hamilton County Fair Board is Accepting Sealed Bids for the Renovation of Existing Commercial Restrooms and the Construction of An Additional Restroom at the Fair Building, Located at the Hamilton County Fairgrounds in Syracuse, Kansas. This Project Will Include a Complete Renovation of the Current Restroom Facilities and the Addition Of New Restroom Space to Improve Accessibility, Capacity, and Overall Functionality. Scope of Work The Work Will Consist of, but is Not Limited to: Demolition and Removal of Existing Restroom Fixtures, Finishes, and Materials as Necessary. Construction and Renovation of Restroom Areas, Including Concrete Walls, Ceilings, and All Necessary Plumbing and Electrical Connections. Installation of Restroom Utilities and Fixtures. O Fixtures Will Be Basic and Economical, Chosen for Functionality And Cost-efficiency. O Sinks Will Be Two-station Hand Wash Troughs With Basic Faucets (Non-automatic). O Toilets Will Be Standard Manual Flush Toilets (Gravity Flush Type).
