Description

Renovation of a civil project in Syracuse, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Project Includes: 1) Site grading, driveway replacement and restoration of disturbed areas. 2) Building improvements including: replacement of fascia, soffits, gutters, door, windows, suspended ceiling, insulation, floor grating and painting. 3) Ventilation, heating and cooling improvements. 4) Electrical improvements including replacment of the generator, generator gas service, transfer switch, lighting, security and SCADA/telemetry System. 5) Bypass pumping, replacment of pumps, valves, piping, fittings, flow meter, instrumentation, sampling equipment. 6) Construction of a chlorine booster building with chlorinator storage tanks and related appurtenances. Project has an expected duration of 270 days to final Payment. The Town of York, Livingston County, New York, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder. It further reserves the right to limit the amount of the award.
