Description

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Syracuse, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

Hamilton County requests formal bids for installation of one (1) exterior door and four (4) interior doors at the south garage unit of Sunflower Square Apartments, located at 802 N Husker, Syracuse The project will require door installation, and trimming and painting of the doors. Bidder will also be responsible for clean up and disposal of trash. Proof of liability insurance must be provided by anyone who submits a bid. No contracts will be awarded until final evaluation of bids has been conducted and approval is granted by the Hamilton County Commission. Hamilton County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and make award(s) as deemed to be in the best interests of Hamilton County.
