Description

Demolition, renovation and addition to a clubhouse / community center in Syracuse, Kansas. Completed plans call for the addition of a clubhouse / community center; and clubhouse / community center.

The work consists of the demolition and removal of existing restroom fixtures, finishes, and materials as necessary; construction and renovation of restroom areas, including concrete walls, ceilings, and all necessary plumbing and electrical connections; installation of restroom utilities and fixtures. Fixtures will be basic and economical, chosen for functionality and cost-efficiency. Sinks will be two-station hand wash troughs with basic faucets (non-automatic). Toilets will be standard manual flush toilets (gravity flush type). All materials and finishes will be the most budget-friendly options available that still meet required standards for safety, durability, and code compliance. All work must comply with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and ADA accessibility requirements. All contractors must be properly licensed and insured, must have experience in commercial construction and renovation projects, and all work must be performed in compliance with applicable local building codes and ADA accessibility standards.
