Remodeling of a clubhouse / community center in Syracuse, Kansas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade clubhouse / community center.
The project is for the removal and disposal of asbestos-containing floor tile and the installation of new tile flooring throughout the Fair Building, which includes both the bathroom/kitchen area and the large main room. All contractors must be licensed and insured, demonstrate professionalism, adhere to all safety regulations, and possess the proper certifications for asbestos abatement work. The Fair Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the project. Bid documents and specifications may be picked up at the Fairgrounds in the 4-H Building from 8am-12pm, Monday through Friday. Sealed bids must be received by 10:00 AM (MST) on November 10, 2025.
