The City of Bluefield, Mercer County, West Virginia is in the process of obtaining proposals from right-of-way negotiators to complete the Midway Sewer Replacement Project. The selected right-ofway negotiator will work closely with the city, sanitary board, Region I Planning & Development Council, project attorney, and project engineer to obtain all necessary rights-of-way and parcels. Contracts are to be awarded on familiarity with and expertise on this type of project, as well as on a fixed basis for services. All those interested in being considered for this must submit a proposal detailing qualifications and staffing capabilities, related prior work experience, fee schedule, not-to-exceed proposal amount, and ability to complete work as needed on this project in a timely manner.
