Bids shall be addressed to the City Clerk and will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Mayors Conference Room in City Hall. consists of a 1.25-million-gallon composite elevated water storage tank, site work, access road, fencing, and all necessary appurtenances for a complete and operating water storage tank system. Any bid that is obviously unbalanced may be rejected. The City of Bardstown reserves the right to reject all bids and waive informalities.
