Address 3410 Foster Ave Juneau, Ak 99801 ii. 2 pumps per mechanical room, totaling 14 pumps for this site b. Cedar Park Annex. Site consists of 3 mechanical rooms. i. Addresses are 3405/3407/3409 Foster Ave. Juneau Ak 99801 ii. 2 pumps per mechanical room, totaling 6 pumps for this site c. Riverbend. Site consists of 3 mechanical rooms. i. Address 2800 postal Way Juneau Ak 99801 ii. 2 pumps per mechanical room, totaling 6 pumps for this site. d. Mountain view. Site consists of 1 mechanical room. i. Address 895 W 12th St. Juneau Ak 99801 ii. 6 pumps located in single mechanical room Contractor to Remove and replace 32 Boiler pumps. Replace with equal or better pumps. Bidder shall identify intended pump with bid submission. Replace through industry standard methods as approved by AHFC and local authority having jurisdiction .
