The engineer would be responsible for mechanical and electrical construction observation for Fredericksburg Regional Transit's Maintenance HVAC Construction project. Proposed Project Commencement Date June 14, 2024 This is anticipated to be a small project in size and scope. The engineer would be responsible for mechanical and electrical construction observation for Fredericksburg Regional Transit's Maintenance HVAC Construction project. Work by the consultant will include site visits to perform work to determine and verify that the work performed by the contractor meets the required specifications as identified in the site plan and engineer drawings. It is anticipated that the evaluation will be conducted in phases and the consultant will provide documentation regarding the following items: o Percent of project completion. o Documentation on observations, which may include a report, memo, and/or photos. o Identifications of deficiencies, issues, a "punch list", or errors by the contractor that need to be resolved before project acceptance. o Verify project complete and in compliance with identified plans for client (FXBGO) acceptance. The undersigned is an authorized agent of the company. This quote remains valid and may not be withdrawn for a period of 45 days from this date. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
