Renovation of a municipal facility in City of Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Wilkes--Barre Township Municipal Building HVAC Replacement. All prospective bidders are urged to familiarize themselves with the site and review the scope of work and construction documents. Any contractor, who does not do so and submits a bid, does so at their own risk. BID SECURITY in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond for 100% of their bid amount and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for 100% of their bid amount within 15 days of the contract being awarded. The project is funded by a grant from the Local Share Account (LSA) Program Grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority and all requirements of this Authority are to be met by the Bidders. Wilkes-Barre Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portion thereof or to waive informalities in the bidding. Wilkes-Barre Township is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. Bids may be held by Wilkes- Barre Township for a period not to exceed Ninety (90) days from the date of opening of the bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids prior to awarding the contract.
