As of May 31, 2024, project has not been awarded yet. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Scope- The project includes a new restroom, picnic shelter, playground equipment, pathway, parking, and reconstruction of the sport court. The work specified in this Section consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for construction of the Berryman Park Improvements as shown on the Plans, and hereinafter specified, at the park site. Work shall include, but not be limited to, the following: A. Install Owner furnished restroom facility, see Appendix B. B. Install Owner furnished picnic shelter, see Appendix C. C. Provide court overlay, striping and appurtenances. D. Provide new concrete pathway throughout the Park, including related appurtenances handrail, etc. E. Install Owner furnished amenities (benches) throughout the Park F. Provide new irrigation system as shown on the Plans and modifications to an existing irrigation for automatic coverage of new and existing landscape areas.. G. Furnish landscaping as shown on the plans. H. Provide all associated work as shown on the Plans and specified herein, for a complete improvements project. I. Restore all surfaces disturbed by construction. The Work shall be physically complete within 70 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer, City Hall, Washington. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the "City of Bridgeport" and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount. Contract questions shall be directed only to the office of the Project Engineer. Financing of the Project has been provided by City of Bridgeport, Washington and the Washington State Resource and Conservation Office. The City of Bridgeport expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in any Proposal.
