The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation seeks proposals from qualified general contractors to construct a White sturgeon hatchery located at 79 Tribal Hatchery Road, Bridgeport, Washington. The new facility will be located approximately 60 feet east of the current Trout Hatchery. The building site currently has approximately 2,500 cubic yards of stockpiled soil that will need to be removed and placed in an existing pit located on the hatchery grounds. Four Peaks Environmental Science and Data Solutions, Coffman Engineers, Inc. and Bernardo Wills have completed the designs for a 60-foot-wide by 80-foot-long pre-engineered metal building with a pre-engineered 24-foot-wide by 20-foot-long lean to structure at the northwest end of the building. Water will be supplied by an existing gas stabilization tower to the new hatchery where booster pumps will provide sufficient pressure and flow to drive the water through a heat exchanger and into a recirculation warm water loop supplying the rearing tanks. Discharge from rearing tanks will be conveyed to either a trench drain where a heat recovery system will be implemented or conveyed through the existing hatchery waste water system. All questions must be submitted no later than close of business July 30, 2024
