The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists of materials sampling and testing for a road construction project. Proposed work activities will include excavation, grading, installation of retaining walls, placement of concrete, storm water collection facilities, paving bridge approaches, and installation of guardrail. Materials sampling and testing shall follow the WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction M 41-10, the WSDOT Construction Manual M 41-01, the WSDOT Materials Manual M 46-01, and WAQTC certified. This project has a zero (0)% DBE goal. Douglas County encourages disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned consultant firms to respond. September 23, 2024 Project Start Date June 31, 2025 Project Completion Date The Board of County Commissioners shall reserve the right to reject any or all proposals and the right to waive any irregularities or information in any proposal, subject to the Laws of the State of Washington as pertaining to Public Works, as may be deemed in the best interest of the County.
