The bidder must file a bid bond by corporate surety or insurance company payable to the Brownsville Area School District in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total contract price. In lieu of a bid bond, we will only accept a certified check. Checks and bonds will be promptly returned to unsuccessful bidders.
