Oregon State University ("OSU" and/or "Owner") is conducting a competitive TWO-STEP Request for Proposals (RFP) process to retain One (1) firm to provide Design services (the "Project"). OSU's Department of University Housing & Dining Services is planning to renovate the exterior of Weatherford Hall, a historical residence hall, on the Corvallis campus to address water infiltration issues throughout the exterior of the building and are seeking design services to work with a CMGC (to be determined later) to develop a scope and approach to restoring the building envelope. Construction activities are anticipated to take place over the course of three summers beginning in 2025 and continuing through 2027. Summer access windows are mid-June through August. Design considerations for accessibility on this project will meet or exceed OSU's Best Practices for Accessibility. Investigation and design services to develop a design package to support Historic Review Committee process, permits, bid sets, and construction administration.
