(Estimated start of July 15th, 2024). All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Greg Cunningham, on the attached RFI form not later than 1300 hours PST, May 29th, 2024. A FS organized pre-proposal site visit will NOT be held. The project locations are open to the public and can be viewed by each prospective offeror. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT FAR 32.204 - Disclosure of Magnitude of the Construction Project: Between $100,000 and $250,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This solicitation is for contract work to replace a culvert on Forest Service road 40N39 that crosses Kelly Gulch with a bottomless multi-plate arch to allow for aquatic organism passage. The contract shall be carefully coordinated and scheduled. The project site is located within the Salmon Scott Ranger District of the Klamath National Forest near the town Sawyers Bar. Refer to project location map below. A FS organized pre-proposal site visit will NOT be held. The project locations are open to the public and can be viewed by each prospective offeror. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
