The Town of Palm Beach, Florida ("The Town") is hereby requesting competitive bids for the supply and delivery of 325 tons of a 70/30 sports field mix. The 70 should be a USGA spec sand and the 30 should be Florida peat. DELIVERY LOCATION: Town of Palm Beach Par 3 2345 South Ocean Boulevard Palm Beach, FL 33480 DELIVERY TERMS: F.O.B.: Destination AWARD: Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth in this Request for Bids. The Town reserves the right to award to that bidder who will best serve the interests of the Town, and to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to award or not award a contract based on this bid proposal. The Town reserves the right to award on an all-or-none or a line-by-line basis. Prices quoted must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the close of the bid. Items shall be ordered via the issuance of Purchase Order(s).
