Project Description: This project, in general, consists of remove and dispose of existing vertical blinds and hardware. Clean area, replace with charcoal gray roller shades 5% sheer weave 2000 product number P2000 (or comparable product). Dispose of packaging, keep working area clean and free of debris. Size of roller shade will vary per window, approximately 192 windows total. Additionally: all labor, materials, and equipment required to provide white glove delivery (receive, unpack, deliver, set up and dispose of packaging) and set in place for contractor installation at 2700 M St. Required Contractor's License Classification: D-52 Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 05/16/2024 5:00 PM (PDT) Other Details Need one week notification before installation starts. Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% Liquidated Damages 100.00 Work shall be completed within Fifteen (15) Working Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run.
