Renovation of an educational facility in Fernandina Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 8,123-square-foot educational facility.
The School District of Nassau County, FL is requesting proposals for the following scope of work. Install approximately 8,123 sq ft of industrial strength polyaspartic coating system to hallways in Buildings 5, 6 & 10. Scope to include but not limited to: Preparation of hallway floors including any concrete repair/reconstruction prior to coating with mender and fillers for cracks and pitting. Minimizing dust through HEPA vacuum systems to all grinders. Apply High Solids, self-priming pure polyurea basecoat. Broadcast vinyl flake to full rejection into basecoat. Color options to be provided. Scrape and vacuum all loose/vertically embedded flakes and top coat with 100% solid polyaspartic tipcoat. Include Product Data Sheets and any Labor and Materials Warranty information.
