The City of Fernandina Beach, Florida is Accepting Competitive Sealed Bids for Milling of Existing Asphaltic Concrete Roadways and Parking Lot Resurfacing Using Types-1 or Type S-3 Asphalt; Street Asphalt Patching and Paving Less Than 1,000 Total Square Yards; Centerlining, Pavement Markers and Thermplastic Application. Pricing must remain firm through contract duration, October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025.
