INTRODUCTION The City of Fernandina Beach (hereinafter, "City" or "Agency"), in accordance with the provisions of FL 287.055 (the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act; hereinafter "CCNA"), seeks the acquisition of Professional Services through a series of non-exclusive continuing contracts. Selection of consultant(s) for inclusion on the City's CCNA approved list does not guarantee an award of a contract to the consultant during the contact period. The City is seeking Professional Services firms to include any or all of the following services: - Civil/site Engineering - Surveying/Mapping Services - Environmental/Geotechnical/Testing Services - Structural Engineering - Coastal Engineering - MEP Engineering - Traffic Studies/Engineering - Small Scale Architectural - Large Scale Architectural - Landscape Architectural - Facilities Assessments - Construction Monitoring/Observation/Administration Services QUESTIONS For additional information, please contact Ms. Wanda Weaks, Purchasing Agent at wweaks@fbfl.org or (904) 310-3331. The last date for questions will be close of day June 7, 2024. REJECTION OF RESPONSE The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Respondents, to waive irregularities and technicalities, and to request resubmission or to re-advertise for the services. The City shall be the sole judge of the submittals. The City's decision shall be final.
