Upper Macungie Township will receive sealed bids via PennBid for the Mill Creek Road (Phase III Trunkline) Sanitary Sewer Improvements-REBID project. The Work will include re-routing of approximately 430 linear feet of 18-inch C900 PVC gravity sewer main and abandonment of approximately 780 linear feet of existing 18-inch D.I.P. gravity sewer main. Upper Macungie Township will purchase the 18" C900 PVC, manholes and manhole components prior to receiving bids Questions Due Date: Jun 19th 2024, 5:00 PM EDT This project is subject to minimum wage rates in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the Public Works Employee Verification Act. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in, and/or to reject, any or all bids.
