Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Montrose, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Certified/cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid Amount, Made Payable to Susquehanna County. The County Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or Portions Thereof or to Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding. If Written Notice of the Acceptance of This Bid is Mailed or Delivered to the Bidder Within Sixty (60) Days After the Opening Thereof, or at Any Time Thereafter Before the Bid is Withdrawn, the Bidder Agrees to Execute and Deliver the Agreement in the Form Prescribed by Susquehanna County. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be receivedinwriting or via internet email by the Architect/Engineer.The identity of the Bidder askingthequestion is not disclosed to other Bidders. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessaryby Architect/Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda not later thanthree (3) days before the bid opening date and transmitted to all registered bidders
