Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Rawson Avenue (Nicholson to 15th Avenue) & 15th Avenue (Rawson to Cherry Street) Concrete Pavement Rehabilitation consists of the following items for work: Concrete Curb & Gutter 225 L.F., Concrete Pavement (8-Inch) 850 S.Y., Concrete Sidewalk 400 S.F and miscellaneous quantities of saw cutting and restoration. Items applicable to the above work is in the contract document. Bid Date Notes: Proposals must be placed in a sealed opaque envelope addressed to : "City Clerk, City of South Milwaukee, Wisconsin" and marked "Rawson Avenue Concrete Pavement Rehabilitation Nicholson to 15th Avenue and 15th Avenue Concrete Pavement Rehabilitation Rawson Avenue to Cherry Street". If the bid is sent by mail, the sealed envelope shall be enclosed in a separate mailing envelope with the notation "Sealed Bid Enclosed" on the face thereof. It is anticipated that contracts will be awarded by the South Milwaukee Common Council on June 4, 2024 and the work for this project by August 31, 2024, unless otherwise allowed by the City Engineer. Utility work under a different contract shall be completed by July 12, 2024 Est. Completion Date: Aug. 31, 2024 Pre-Qualification:Yes
