The Project consists of 1,500 square yards of 4-inch overlay, approximately 735 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, ADA curb ramps, fine grading, and other appurtenant work for Fawn Court located wholly within the Town of Argos. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Two (2) copies of the seal bids bearing the project name as well as the name and address of the bidder shall be submitted to: Lisa Mullaney, Town Clerk, 201 W. Walnut St, Argos, In 46501. A certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid will be required with each bid as security for the proper execution of the contract. A 100% Labor, Material, and Performance Bond will be required of successful bidder. Bidder shall submit Indiana State Form 96 and be certified to do work in the State of Indiana. Additional Bidding requirements are in the Instructions to bidders included in the Project Documents. There will be no pre-bid meeting for this project. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled opening without consent of the OWNER. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informality in bidding or to accept the bid, consistent with law, which best serves the interest of the Owner.
