Project Overview: Roscommon Village is seeking bids for an asphalt construction of a sidewalk spanning 1200 feet in length, 4 feet in width. The project aims to enhance pedestrian safety and accessibility within the village. Scope of Work: o Excavation & Construction of a 1200-foot long sidewalk o Sidewalk width: 4 feet o Compliance with local building codes and regulations o Installation of necessary infrastructure including ADA requirements o Quality assurance to ensure durability and longevity. Note to Bidders: Bidders must ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bidding process. All submissions should be sealed and clearly marked "Sidewalk Construction Bid." Late submissions will not be considered.
