Site work and paving for a civil project in Longboat Key, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and road / highway.
Bids from licensed General Contractors to provide roadway improvements including but not limited to widening the existing pavement width, creating a pavement section, drainage improvements, signing and marking and landscape. The awarded contractor shall provide all materials, equipment and labor. Any Actual or Prospective Bidder or Person Who is Allegedly Aggrieved in the Connection With the Solicitation or Pending Award of a Contract May Protest to the Purchasing Manager. Failure to Follow the Bid Protest Procedure Requirements Within the Time Frames Prescribed Herein as Established by the Town, Shall Constitute a Waiver of Your Protest and Any Resulting Claims. Minority-owned Business Enterprises and Woman-owned Business Enterprises Are Encouraged to Respond to This Solicitation.
