Minority-Owned Business Enterprises and Woman-Owned Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. licensed, qualified firms for the design and permitting of drainage improvements for Projects 1 (road reconstruction elevation), 2 (flow diversion) and 3 (ditch optimization). The three projects are located in the Buttonwood Harbour neighborhood located on Longboat Key, Florida. The Town's selection process for services is in accordance with Section 287.055, F.S., Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA). A Professional Services Selection Committee will review the qualifications of all submitting Proposers meeting the minimum requirements set forth herein. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
