The Town of Longboat Key (Town) is currently seeking sealed bids from contractors to repair and upgrade the automatic vehicle gates at four (4) Town locations that sustained damage from hurricane storm surge. Work includes the replacement of slide gate operators and associated accessories, with a focus on enhancing resilience against future weather events. The awarded contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, supervision and labor. Any Actual or Prospective Bidder or Person Who is Allegedly Aggrieved in the Connection With the Solicitation or Pending Award of a Contract May Protest to the Purchasing Manager. Failure to Follow the Bid Protest Procedure Requirements Within the Time Frames Prescribed Herein as Established by the Town, Shall Constitute a Waiver of Your Protest and Any Resulting Claims
