The Town is currently seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms ("Contractor") to provide building plan review, building inspections and permitting support services for both residential and commercial projects and permits on an as-needed basis. The Town reserves the right to select one (1) or more Contractors, in accordance with the needs of the Town. Services are requested in order to supplement current Town Building Division staff in the even of personnel shortages, such as vacation, illness or any other staffing need. Additionally, services will be needed to assist our existing staff as a result of increased construction permitting activity and other customer service initiatives to enhance inspection and plan review services provided by the Town. All awarded firms and their provided staff shall be appropriately licensed for required services provided. Notification of Awards are posted on the Online Website at Online . Minority-Owned Business Enterprises and Woman-Owned Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
