Construction Manager at Risk - Subaqueous Force Main Project. Scope of Work The Town is requesting responses from qualified Florida General Contractors with previous experience in constructing force main pipeline projects in subaqueous applications. Firms submitting responses shall provide evidence of their experience and expertise in similar work performed. Pre-construction and construction phase services for constructing a redundant subaqueous force main and deactivating the existing subaqueous force main. The Town's selection process for services is in accordance with Section 287.055, F.S., Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA). A Professional Services Selection Committee will review the qualifications of all submitting Proposers. Notification of Awards are posted on the Web Site at online. Minority-Owned Business Enterprises and Woman-Owned Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
